Amazfit GTR 4 New Version with 1.45″ AMOLED display, Bluetooth calling, GPS teased ahead of India launch


Amazfit has confirmed the launch of GTR 4 New Version, the company’s GTR series smartwatch, after the launch of the original GTR 4 a couple of years back.

Amazfit has confirmed that the smartwatch will run Zepp OS 2.0 with a rich ecosystem of mini apps, including games, customizable interface and built-in Amazon Alexa and an offline voice assistant.

The smartwatch still has a 1.45″ HD AMOLED display, 200+ customizable watch faces, always-on display, 150+ sports modes and the ability to smartly recognize eight sports automatically, smart recognition of strength training exercises and live sports data broadcast.

The watch has PeakBeats Workout Status Algorithm and real-time sync to platforms like adidas Running and Strava, and dual-band circularly-polarized GPS antenna, ensuring precise tracking and navigation.

The BioTracker 4.0 sensor promises 24-hour heart rate monitoring, SpO2 measurement, stress tracking. There is also Bluetooth calling since it has a microphone and a speaker, and promises up to 14-days of battery life.

The Amazfit GTR 4 New Version is expected to launch in India in coming days, and will be sold on Amazon.in, in addition to Amazfit India website.
