vivo has announced the launch of Y300 Pro 5G, the company’s next phone in the Y series in China on September 5th. vivo’s vice president Jia Jingdong said that this is the first phone to feature that largest battery in history and vivo’s first micro four-curved screen with a size of 6.77-inch.
There are slight curvatures on all four edges of the screen. “Full-depth” means that these curvatures are the same, and “micro-quad-curved” means that the curvature is obvious but not exaggerated.
It offers up to 5000 nits peak brightness, and come with blue light filtering, anti-strobe, and intelligent brightness adjustment. The screen has passed the National Ophthalmology Engineering Center test and SGS eye protection certification.
The phone has a 50-megapixel rear camera and a front 32-megapixel front camera, and the rear camera module adopts a jade ring design with a 360-degree sun texture.
The phone will be just 7.69mm thick come in titanium, gold jade, white and black colours. It will pack a whopping, 6500mAh battery, and promises up to 12.1 hours of gaming on a single charge. There is also a 80W charging.
Based on the recent Geekbench listing for the phone with the model number vivo V2410A, the phone is said to use Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, and pack 12GB of RAM.
