Sonos Ace wireless headphones with ANC, Dolby Atmos, Dolby head tracking launched in India

Sonos has announced the launch of its first-ever headphones, the Sonos Ace, in India. This marks the company’s entry into the personal listening market, following a global debut earlier this year.

The Sonos Ace is a premium over-the-ear Bluetooth headphone designed to provide a home theater-like experience with TrueCinema technology. It features a lightweight build, memory foam padding wrapped in vegan leather, and a custom headband for a secure fit.

User-friendly elements include contrasting ear cup colors, tactile buttons, and a fold-flat design for easy storage. Emphasizing sustainability, the Sonos Ace incorporates replaceable ear cushions, 17% less virgin plastic, and a 75% recycled felt travel case.

Equipped with two custom drivers, the Sonos Ace delivers precise sound with clarity across all frequencies. The headphones offer an immersive surround sound experience with Dolby Atmos and dynamic head tracking that adjusts the sound based on your movement.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Aware mode allow for customizable listening environments, whether you need to block out noise or stay aware of your surroundings. The Sonos Ace supports lossless audio streaming via Bluetooth or USB-C.

Battery life extends up to 30 hours, with ultra-fast charging providing 3 hours of playback from just a 3-minute charge.

Additional features include beamforming microphones for clear calls, intuitive controls, seamless Bluetooth multipoint pairing, wear detection for automatic playback pause, and easy setup with Apple and Android devices.

For versatile connectivity, the Sonos Ace includes a USB-C cable for charging and wired listening, as well as a 3.5 mm cable for analogue sources.

Additionally, the Sonos app allows users to customize EQ settings, enable dynamic head tracking, and update features.
