HONOR just launched the HONOR 200 Lite, the company’s latest smartphone in the HONOR 200 series in India, as it had promised. The phone packs a 6.7″ FHD+ AMOLED Sunlight Display with a peak brightness of 2000 nits, 93.7% screen-to-body ratio and 90Hz refresh rate.
The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC, has 8GB of RAM with 8GB of virtual RAM, and packs a 256GB storage. It has a 108MP Main Camera (f/1.75 aperture), 5MP Wide & Depth Camera (f/2.2 aperture), and 2MP Macro Camera (f/2.4 aperture).
It has a 50MP Front Camera, featuring AI Wide-angle Selfie functionality that adjusts to a 90° Field of View (FOV) for group selfies. There is also Selfie Light.
The HONOR 200 Lite is 6.78mm thick and weighs 166g, and the device is built to withstand everyday wear and tear and accidental drops, earning an SGS 5-star Drop Resistance certification, said the company.
The phone runs Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0 with AI features, and the company has promised 2 Android OS updates and 3 years of security updates for the phone. It packs a 4500mAh battery with 35W HONOR SuperCharge fast charging.

The HONOR 200 Lite comes in Starry Blue, Cyan Lake, and Midnight Black colours and is priced at Rs. 17,999 for the single 8GB + 256GB model.
It will be available from Amazon.in, offline stores and Explorehonor.com starting from September 26th at 12AM. Amazon Prime members will have a 24-hours early access (12AM on 26th September 2024) to the device as part of the Amazon Great Indian Festival.
