Xiaomi is all set to introduce the Redmi Note 14 Pro series on September 26th in China. Now, the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ has surfaced in Geekbench AI benchmark, revealing that it will be the first to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC.
To remind you, the Note 13 Pro+ featured MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra SoC and the Note 13 Pro featured Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. This time, both the phones are expected to be powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC.
The Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 promises nearly 20% better performance and 45% power savings, compared to the predecessor, thanks to TSMC’s 4nm process compared to Samsung process.
The new Qualcomm Adreno 810 GPU promises up to 40% performance improvement. With the on-device AI, the Qualcomm AI Engine promises over 30% better AI performance compared to the 7s Gen 2.
This reveals 16GB of RAM. According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the phone will come in 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB models.
The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ is expected to pack a 50MP f/1.6 main camera with OIS, a 60mm 2.5X telephoto camera, and 12MP ultra-wide camera.
The company just confirmed a huge, 6200mAh single-cell silicon-carbon battery with 90W fast charging for the Note 14 Pro+. The Note 14 Pro is expected to pack a 5500mAh battery compared to 5100mAh in the Note 13 Pro, while retaining the 67W fast charging.
The company already confirmed IP66/IP68/IP69 ratings for the entire Note 14 Pro series, and the series is said to feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz curved AMOLED display.
