- Auto Enhance Button: With a single tap, users can enhance colors and stabilize their videos.
- Speed Tool: This new feature allows users to adjust the video speed, enabling both fast-paced action and dramatic slow-motion effects.
AI-Powered Video Presets
New AI-powered presets are being introduced for both Android and iOS users. These presets allow for quick edits with minimal effort, including:
- Automatic video trimming
- Lighting adjustments
- Speed control
- Effects like dynamic motion tracking, zooming on the main action, and slow-motion application—all achievable with just a few taps.

Google stated that the updated Google Photos features began rolling out on September 23, 2024, with the changes expected to become available gradually over the following days.
