Samsung has announced the Galaxy S24 FE, the company’s latest Fan Edition smartphone in the S24 series, as the successor to last year’s Galaxy S23 FE. This has a bigger 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate that is brightness and has sleeker 1.9mm bezels, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection.
This time, the FE series is powered by Exynos 2400e SoC globally, and there is 1x larger vapor chamber that improves cooling to maintain peak performance for longer durations, said the company.
The phone runs Android 14 with One UI 6.1 on top. It will get 7 years of Android updates and 7 years of security updates, similar to other S24 series phones. There are Generative Edit, Portrait Studio, Edit Suggestions and Instant Slow-mo features, as well as Circle to Search with Google, Interpreter, Live Translate, and Note Assist from the S24 series.
It has a new 50MP rear camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera along with a 8MP telephoto camera. There is also a new 10MP front camera. There is advanced digital image stabilization (VDIS) and optical image stabilizer (OIS).
It has a glass back, an aluminum frame. As usual, it has IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance. It packs a 4700mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging as well as wireless charging and reverse wireless charging support.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE comes in Blue, Graphite, Gray, Mint and Yellow colors and is priced at USD 649.99 (Rs. 54,355 approx.) / 749 Euros / 649 GBP for the 8GB + 128GB model and USD 709.99 (Rs. 59,370 approx.) / 809 Euros / 699 GBP for the 8GB + 256GB model, depending on the market.
