URBAN has announced the launch of its new Smart Buds TWS Earbuds in India, expanding its True Wireless Stereo (TWS) product lineup following the introduction of the Vibe series open-ear TWS earphones earlier this year.
The URBAN Smart Buds feature on-case Bluetooth calling, allowing users to make calls, access their address book, and use a dialer pad directly from the case without needing their phone.
Equipped with a 1.47″ LED display, the earbuds also include 13mm AI Smart Audio Drivers for Spatial 3D Surround Sound and four microphones that support both Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC).
With three ANC modes—Off, Transparency, and Noise Cancellation—the earbuds block up to 32 dB of external noise, making them suitable for noisy environments or outdoor use.
The Smart Buds come with a user-friendly app for customizing earbud settings, playback, and EQ modes, including Default, Rock, Jazz, Ballad, and Popular. They provide 48 hours of talk time and 150 hours of standby on a single charge, supported by Type C fast charging to minimize downtime.
Additional features include Smart In-ear Detection, which automatically pauses music when the earbuds are removed, and on-case controls for playback management without a phone.
The earbuds also offer 60ms ultra-low latency for gamers, GPS positioner, message notifications, weather alerts, touch sensors, and dust and water resistance for enhanced durability.
