OPPO has introduced the K12 Plus, the company’s latest smartphone in the K series, as it had promised. It has similar specifications and the design as the K12, but has a bigger battery.
OPPO K12 Plus adopts diamond shock-absorbing structure, airbag design to increase the protection of key parts, motherboard reinforcement design to reduce the damage to the motherboard when falling, and the whole machine shock-absorbing design to better cope with the high-speed collision scene between the phone and the ground, and has obtained the Swiss SGS five-star whole machine anti-fall and fall certification.
This phone has passed 300,000 button press tests, 20,000 USB plug-in tests, and 7.38 million screen on and off tests, and can still charge and use normally at minus 20°C.
Even though the phone retains 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with 2.37mm ultra-narrow chin and a screen-to-body ratio of 93.40%, is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, has a 4192mm² super large liquid-cooled VC heat sink as well as graphite sheets for a total heat dissipation area of 11147mm².
The phone features a textured design for the Snow Peak White, which has exclusive crystal diamond pattern flash sand craftsmanship making it simple and elegant, says the company. It also comes in Basalt Black, like a mountain ridge after the snow melts, deep, steady, strong and natural, it added. The phone has a 50MP main camera with Sony IMX882 sensor, 8MP ultra-wide, and a 16MP front camera.
The phone packs a huge, 6400mAh battery, with a DOU of up to 2.2 days. The company promises 4 years of battery health, also offers 4-year battery replacement. There is 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, and also add 10W wired reverse charging for the phone.

The OPPO K12 Plus is priced at 1899 yuan (USD 268 / Rs. 22,610 approx.) for the 8GB + 256GB model, 2099 yuan (USD 297 / Rs. 24,990 approx.) for the 12GB + 256GB version and the top-end 12GB + 512GB version costs 2499 yuan (USD 353 / Rs. 29,755 approx.).
The phone is now available to order and will go on sale in China starting from October 15th with 100 yuan discount for the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB models.
