vivo just introduced the vivo X200, X200 Pro and X200 Pro mini smartphones in the new X200 series in China, as it had promised. The X200 has a 6.67″ 1.5K 120Hz LTPS screen, the X200 Pro and the Pro mini pack a 6.78″ / 6.31 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits, uses 8T LTPO technology. All these pack a 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
The phones are powered by Dimensity 9400 SoC, which has scored 3.04 million points. These have up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The X200 Pro 1TB satellite communication version with supports Beidou satellite communication has LPDDR5X Ultra Pro RAM.
The phone runs Origin OS 5.0 based on Android 15, and the X200 and the X200 Pro come in Sapphire Blue, Titanium White, and Moonlight Night Black colours, while the X200 Pro mini comes in Titanium Blue, Pink, White and Simple Black colours. All these have IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
All the phones pack a vivo x Sony LYT-818 1/1.28″ sensor with T* coating, and is manufactured using 22nm process technology. It has native HDR effects for multiple focal lengths, with a maximum increase of 400% in dynamic range, 4K backlit portrait video, 4K 60fps Dolby Vision shooting, 4K 120fps slow-motion shooting, and 4K 60fps 10Bit log shooting at full focal lengths.
The X200 Pro uses the 200MP ISOCELL HP9 sensor co-developed with Samsung, same as the X100 Ultra. The periscope camera is equipped with a 1/1.4″ sensor, featuring an f/2.67 aperture and a 85mm equivalent focal length. Offering up to 3.7x optical zoom and 20x magnification in telephoto macro mode, it also boasts industry-leading CIPA 4.5 telephoto stabilization. It also features Zeiss T* coating and APO certification for enhanced clarity and reduced fringing.
The vivo X200 and the X200 Pro mini has a 50MP IMX882 Zeiss super telephoto camera, Zeiss T* coating, f/2.57 large aperture, and a new large-scale image quality enhancement technology, which makes images clearer at high magnifications above 10X, even though the optical zoom in 3x. All the phones pack a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 32MP front camera.
The vivo X200 has a 5800mAh battery that can be used even in -20°C and has 90W flash charge. The X200 Pro model features a 6000mAh battery and the Pro mini has 5700mAh battery, both with 90W fast charging and 30W wireless charging.
