After confirming the Xiaomi 15 series announcement on October 29th. Xiaomi has confirmed that it will introduce the Xiaomi Pad 7 series alongside. The image shows the design of the tablet along with the keyboard and a stylus.
Based on earlier rumours, the Xiaomi Pad 7 series is expected to feature an 11.16-inch 144Hz LCD screen, slightly bigger than the 11-inch 2.8K screen in the predecessor. The Xiaomi Pad 7 is said to be powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC compared to Snapdragon 870 in the predecessor.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is said to get a slightly faster Snapdragon 8s Gen3 SoC, compared to Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC in the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 is said to support 45W fast charging, compared to 33W in the predecessor, while the Pro model will retain the 67W fast charging. Battery capacity and the camera specifications are not available yet. Both the tablets will run HyperOS 2 with AI and deep interconnection between the phone and the tablet.
Xiaomi will also introduce the Xiaomi Band 9 Pro with a slightly curved screen as the successor to the Smart Band 8 Proat the event.
