realme just introduced the company’s flagship GT 7 Pro smartphone at an event in China, as it had promised. The phone packs a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO Eco² OLED Plus micro-curved screen from Samsung Display offering industry’s highest global maximum brightness of 2000 nits, and the peak brightness is 6000 nits. There is HDR 10+ and Dolby Vision features.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It has, 11480mm² dual VC cooling, and has Sky communication system 2.0 along exclusive self-developed dual-sided high and low frequency antenna for lag-free gaming experience.
The GT 7 Pro feature a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP Sony IMX882 3x periscope telephoto sensor that uses AI Zoom Ultra Clarity self-developed feature that boosts clarity in telephoto shots.
The phone runs Android 15-based realme UI 6.0, and the company promises 3 major Android updates and 4 years of security updates for the phone. There are IP68+IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The phone packs a huge 6500mAh silicon-carbon negative electrode battery, which the company says has the industry’s highest 10% silicon content, and comes with 120W fast speed charging for 50% charge in 14 minutes, and has an exclusive longevity algorithm 4 years of durability.
