Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (SM-S938B) US version with Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy and Galaxy S25+ with Exynos 2500 (SM-S936B) European version have surfaced in the latest Geekbench listings.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with the model number SM-S938B had already surfaced in Geekbench listing back in September. Now the US model with the same Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC for Galaxy with higher prime core clocked speed of 4.47GHz compared to 4.32GHz and Android 15 has surfaced, but with higher scores.
This reveals a single-core Geekbench score of 3148, almost similar to the older scores, but the multi-core score is 10236, crossing the 10,000 score mark to match other competitions.
Samsung Galaxy S25+ with Exynos 2500
The Samsung Galaxy S25+ with the model number SM-S936B reveals Exynos 2500 3nm chip likely for the European market, even though earlier rumours revealed that Samsung will go all-in with Snapdragon for the S25 series.
It reveals a Deca-Core CPU with 1 x 3.3GHz Prime Core, 5 x 2.36GHz + 2 x 2.75GHz performance cores and 2 x 1.8GHz power efficient cores, Android 15 and 12GB of RAM.
This reveals a single-core Geekbench score of 2359 and multi-core score of 8141, less than the Snapdragon 8 Elite and Dimensity 9400 SoCs. The scores could increase in the final retail unit, since this should be a test device.
Earlier listing revealed a new Xclipse 950 GPU based on AMD’s RDNA architecture with support for Vulkan 1.3.
