iQOO 13 with 2K 144Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite, 6000mAh battery, IP68+IP69 ratings launching in India on December 3

Update Nov 20: iQOO has confirmed all the specifications of the phone ahead of the launch next month. It will pack a 6000mAh battery and 120W FlashCharge technology. To remind you, the Chinese model has a 6150mAh battery.

The phone will come in Nardo Grey, inspired by Italy’s Nardo Ring, and the Legend edition with BMW’s iconic Red, Black, and Blue tri-colour stripe on a matte white back. The phone will get 4 years of Android updates and 5 years of security updates, which is the highest for an iQOO phone till date.

The phone has 7000mm² VC Cooling System, will feature 8.13mm sleek design and has IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

Update Nov 8: iQOO has confirmed the launch of iQOO 13 smartphone in India on December 3rd.

Earlier: iQOO already teased the India launch of the iQOO 13 smartphone even before the phone was introduced in China. Today, the company has confirmed that it will launch the smartphone in India in December, and we should know the exact date in the coming weeks.

This should be the second smartphone to launch in India with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, after the realme GT 7 Pro is introduced on November 26th. iQOO also said that the Legend Edition will feature BMW’s tricolour patterns.

iQOO has been teasing the features of the phone. The company has revealed Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC clocked at up to 4.3GHz, Q2 chip for 144 fps game frame interpolation and 2K 144Hz LTPO AMOLED display for the phone.

There is halo light around the camera deco that adapts to the atmosphere effect of game scenes. We already know that the phone has 50MP 1/ 1.49″ main camera with Sony IMX921 sensor, 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and 50-megapixel portrait camera.

The iQOO 13 will be sold on Amazon.in, in addition to iQOO India online store after the launch.
