After teasers, vivo has confirmed the launch of Y300 5G, the company’s next 5G smartphone in the ‘Y Series’ in India on November 21st. The company has revealed the design of the phone along with the brand ambassador of the series, Suhana Khan, holding the phone.
The image shows that the phone has a similar design as the vivo V40 Lite which was introduced for the global markets in September. Even the colors (Titanium Silver, Dynamic Black and Emerald Green) of the phone match, so V40 Lite should be rebranded as the Y300 5G in India.
To remind you, the V40 Lite has a 6.67-inch 120Hz Full HD+ E4 AMOLED screen, is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, has a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, aura light, 32MP front camera, features In-display fingerprint sensor, has IP64 ratings for dust and water resistance, Stereo Speakers and a 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
We should know if there is any change in RAM and Storage of the Y300 soon since there are 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB and 12GB +512GB variants of the V40 Lite depending on the countries.
As usual, it should be available from Flipkart, vivo India e-Store, and all partner retail stores offline after the launch.
