Damson Technologies has announced the establishment of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with a planned investment of Rs. 200 crore.
This investment, to be executed in three phases, underscores the company’s dedication to the ‘Make in India’ initiative. The facility will focus on producing premium smart accessories and lifestyle products under Damson’s flagship brand, JUST CORSECA, as well as for other leading accessory brands in India.
The investment breakdown includes:
- Rs. 110 crore for the factory setup
- Rs. 60 crore for advanced machinery
- Rs. 30 crore for manufacturing processes
Focus on Smart Accessories Production
The Ahmedabad facility will manufacture a wide range of products, including TWS earbuds, personal audio devices, and home entertainment systems. Designed with advanced technology and durability, these products aim to meet the growing demand for premium smart accessories in domestic and international markets.
Additionally, the facility will create job opportunities for approximately 500 people in Ahmedabad, contributing to regional economic growth.
Production Capacity and Expansion Plans
The facility will begin operations with six assembly lines in phase 1, targeting an initial monthly production capacity of 3 lakh units. By phase 3, the facility will expand to 20 assembly lines, increasing production to 10 lakh units per month.
This phased expansion aligns with Damson Technologies’ goal of achieving Rs. 500 crore in revenue in the next fiscal year, ensuring the facility meets the rising demand in domestic and export markets.
Commitment to Technological Innovation
Damson Technologies is investing $10 million in research and development to integrate advanced features like AI-powered products, app-based controls, and voice assistance. The facility will also support the development of a new line of gaming accessories, including gaming AirPods, headphones, and sports trackers.

Global Expansion Strategy
This facility is a key part of Damson’s global expansion plan, aimed at reducing import dependency while catering to international markets such as the USA, UK, and UAE. By manufacturing locally, Damson can achieve cost efficiency, offer competitive export pricing, and contribute to India’s vision of becoming a global manufacturing hub.
Financial Goals and Market Presence
Once fully operational, the Ahmedabad facility is expected to help Damson Technologies capture a 3-4% market share in the mobile accessories and personal audio segments. The company’s strategic investments are set to bolster its position as a leader in the smart accessories manufacturing sector.
