Over 5 lakh OPPO K12x 5G units sold during Sep-Oct 2024 festive season, says OPPO India


OPPO India today announced that the K12x 5G achieved a significant sales milestone during the September-October 2024 festive season. The device was launched earlier this year in July.

The smartphone, recognized as the toughest in the under Rs. 15K segment, sold over 5 lakh units across e-commerce platforms. A key highlight was the sale of nearly 1 lakh units in a single day during a festive sale event on an online marketplace.

Durability and Regional Popularity

The K12x 5G has gained recognition for its exceptional durability, featuring MIL-STD-810H certification, IP54 water and dust resistance, and Splash Touch technology. These features have contributed to its popularity across regions, including Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Bihar, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, and Rajasthan.

Market Performance

According to the latest IDC Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker Report, the K12x 5G was among the highest-shipped 5G models in Q3 2024. In the overall smartphone market, OPPO secured second place among the top 10 brands in India, with a market share of 13.9% and a year-on-year growth of 47.6%.

The OPPO K12x 5G is available in three colors: Feather Pink, Breeze Blue, and Midnight Violet. It is offered in two variants: 128GB/6GB (Rs. 12,999) and 256GB/8GB (Rs. 15,999). Customers can purchase the device through the OPPO e-store, Flipkart, and major retail outlets.
