Samsung India opens its premium experience store in South Delhi

Samsung India today inaugurated its largest premium experience store in South Delhi’s upscale South Extension (Part II). The flagship store is designed to provide a unique experience, combining advanced technology with personalized services for both tech enthusiasts and everyday consumers.

Spanning 3,400 sq. ft., the Samsung Experience Store includes dedicated zones showcasing smartphones, tablets, laptops, audio devices, and the SmartThings ecosystem. Visitors can explore how Samsung’s connected devices simplify and enhance daily life.

  • Omnichannel Shopping Experience: Customers can enjoy a seamless omnichannel shopping journey with the Samsung Store+ platform. Shoppers can browse over 1,200 Samsung products in-store and have them delivered directly to their homes.
  • Workshops and Local Engagement: The store will host the ‘Learn @ Samsung’ initiative, offering workshops to empower millennials and Gen Z with technology skills. By focusing on local culture, these sessions aim to strengthen Samsung’s connection with the community.
  • After-Sales Service and Support: Customers can access Samsung Care+ plans for extended device support. The store also provides after-sales services, including convenient bookings for home service calls, emphasizing customer satisfaction.

This new store is Samsung’s fourth premium experience center in New Delhi, following outlets in Vasant Kunj, Connaught Place, and Saket.
