After teasers, realme just confirmed that the Neo7 smartphone will be introduced in China on December 11th. Today, the company has confirmed that the phone will pack a 7000mAh battery, the largest ever Titan battery, developed jointly with CATL in the phone.
The Neo7 promises up to 3 days of battery life on a single charge. It can last for up to 23h of video playback, up to 22h of map use, up to 89h of music playback or up to 14h video calling continuously, said the company.
It will use a high-transmittance electrode, with an energy density of 800Wh/L. The new diaphragm material battery has a longer life and is more durable. Even with a huge battery, the phone’s thickness is just 8.5mm.
At a starting price of just 2499 yuan (USD 344 / Rs. 29,060 approx.) it promises over 2 million points on AnTuTu, realme already confirmed. Based on earlier rumours, the Neo7 has 2.4 million AnTuTu score, will be powered by Dimensity 9300+ SoC and come with IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
We should know more details about the phone in the coming days.
