OnePlus has announced an investment of Rs. 6000 crores (Rs. 2,000 crores over the next three years) under Project Starlight. - World’s First DisplayMate A++ Display: OnePlus will introduce the world’s first A++ display with its upcoming flagship device. This display will offer superior clarity, brightness, and vibrant colors, even in direct sunlight. The 2K 120Hz ProXDR Display boasts a peak brightness of 4500 nits, ensuring clear visibility in harsh conditions.
- Green Line Worry-Free Solution: To address the green line issue often seen in AMOLED displays, OnePlus will implement a protective layer. The company will also conduct more rigorous hardware testing and offer a lifetime warranty on devices, providing users with greater confidence in their devices’ quality.
Enhancing Customer Service and Support
OnePlus is dedicated to improving customer service. The company has already increased its service centers by 22%, with an 11% rise in brand-owned centers. OnePlus plans to expand its service centers by 50% by mid-2026.
- Enhanced Online Support: New online services include hotline support, WhatsApp assistance, and live chat options. The company will also enhance technical staff training to ensure fast and effective support.
- Improved Retail Experience: OnePlus plans to upgrade half of its flagship stores and enhance third-party store capabilities to offer a better in-store experience for users.

- 5.5G Connectivity: The OnePlus 13 Series will introduce 5.5G connectivity in India, offering a 380% improvement in speed.
- Steady Connect: OnePlus will launch a new feature called Steady Connect, which enhances Bluetooth connectivity. This will allow users to stay connected at distances of up to 360 meters, particularly in environments with heavy interference, such as metro stations or gyms.
