Portronics has expanded its range of Smart LED Projectors with the Beem 500, which supports up to 8K Ultra HD resolution. This follows the launch of the Beem 450, a 1080p Smart LED Portable Android Projector, in August.
The Beem 500 offers a 1080p Full HD native resolution and the ability to upscale to 8K Ultra HD when supported. It features a 6700 Lumens LED lamp housed in a dust-free, fully-sealed optical engine, ensuring vibrant, high-quality images. With a display size of up to 120 inches, it delivers a home-theatre-like experience.
Users can stream content directly from their smartphone, laptop, or tablet and access pre-loaded OTT apps. The projector features 16W speakers for room-filling sound and offers Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity for easy pairing with external speakers or headphones.
It includes HDMI, two USB ports, an Ethernet port, and an AUX output for versatile connectivity. The Beem 500 simplifies setup with its ‘Intelligent Screen Alignment’ feature, which automatically adjusts the screen for a perfect rectangular view and sharp focus.
The Smart Obstacle Detection feature ensures uninterrupted viewing by adjusting the image to clear any obstructions. The projector also includes a voice-enabled remote, allowing users to search for content by speaking directly into the mic.
