Notion Ink has uploaded an Image of the Notion Ink Adam tablet running on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). They confirmed in September that the tablet would get the Ice Cream Sandwich update and posted last month that they started building after Google launched the Android 4.0 source code. Later they said they were expecting the Android 4.0 source code in early November but due to the delay they need extra time and said the builds here have passed the ALSA issue.
The Notion Ink Adam was showcased at CES 2011 and later launched in January. It came with customized version Android 2.2 (Froyo) and later got an update to Android Honeycomb. There is no exact date when this update would be available, more information would be available soon.
