realme 14x 5G with IP69 ratings, 6000mAh battery to launch in India on December 18 priced under Rs. 15000


Update: realme has confirmed that the realme 14x will pack the segment’s largest, 6000mAh battery and 45W Fast Charge

With 45W fast charging, you can charge the phone to 100% in just 93 minutes or to 50% in just 38 minutes, said the company. The phone also comes with Smart charging algorithm that smartly adjusts the charging speed according to the charging environment and battery power level to both meet the fast-charging requirements and protect the battery’s health.

Earlier: realme has confirmed the launch of realme 14x 5G, the company’s next smartphone in the realme 14 series in India on December 18th ahead of the launch of the realme 14 Pro series. The realme 12x which was launched earlier this year only featured IP54 ratings for dust and water resistance.

The realme 14x 5G will be the first smartphone in India with IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance priced under Rs. 15,000 said the company.

realme also said that the design of the smartphone takes inspiration from the tough beauty of diamonds, with a back panel that reflects the luster of crystals and gems under different angles of sunlight.

 

The company is yet to reveal more details about the phone, but the design and the colors of the phone looks similar to the realme V60 Pro, which was launched in China last month.

To remind you, realme V60 Pro packs a 6.67-inch HD+ 120Hz LCD screen, is powered by new MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, runs realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14, has a 50MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, military-grade drop resistance and packs a 5600mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.

The realme 14x 5G will be sold on the December 18th, the same day as the launch of the phone, said the company.
