Carl Pei already confirmed that the Nothing Phone (3) with AI features will be released in 2025. Now the SoC and camera details of the Nothing Phone (3a), Phone (3a) Plus, and CMF Phone (2) have surfaced in Android 15-based Nothing OS 3.0 builds.
This reveals the codenames for the phone, Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC for the Phone 3a series, an upgrade from Dimensity 7200 Pro and Dimensity 7350 Pro SoCs. Benchmark leak revealed Android 15 OS and 8GB of RAM, but we can expect 12GB RAM version as well. The phones are also said to get telephoto cameras and eSIM support for the first time.

The CMF Phone (2) is said to stick to a MediaTek chip even though earlier rumours said that it will use a Snapdragon chip, but the exact details about the chip is not available yet.
We still don’t have any details about the Nothing Phone (3) even though it has been close to one and half years since the launch of the Nothing Phone (2).
