Redmi Turbo 4 with Dimensity 8400-Ultra, 16GB RAM surfaces in benchmarks

Last week, Xiaomi confirmed that the Redmi Turbo 4 will be the first phone to be powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra SoC. Now the smartphone has surfaced in Geekbench listing with the model number 24129RT7CC.

There is no change in the specs of the Dimensity 8400-Ultra compared to Dimensity 8400. The Octa-Core SoC has all Arm Cortex-A725 big cores with 1x Arm Cortex-A725 at 3.25GHz, 1MB L2 and 3x Arm Cortex-A725 at 3.0GHz and has 1.3GHz Arm Mali-G720 MC6 GPU.

The benchmarks reveal 1642 points on single-core and 6056 points on multi-core benchmark. This is way better than the scores of Redmi K70E powered by Dimensity 8300-Ultra that has 1,242 single-core and 4,194 multi-core scores.

The listing also reveals 16GB of RAM and Android 15 out of the box, and it should run HyperOS 2. The phone has already received 3C certification in China, revealing 90W charging support.

The Redmi Turbo 4 will be introduced in China in early January 2025, which is just a few weeks away, and the phone will be introduced as POCO X7 Pro for the global markets. Xiaomi will also introduce the Redmibook 16 2025 at the event.
