Redmi 14C 5G launching in India on January 6

Xiaomi has confirmed the global and India launch of Redmi 14C 5G smartphone on January 6th, after the 4G version of the phone was introduced back in September.

Xiaomi has confirmed dual 5G SIM support, and up to 2.5Gbps speed, promising lag-free video calling, fast downloads, un-interrupted gaming and smooth live-streaming. The phone will come with a Starlight design inspired by the beauty and power of the cosmos, said the company.

Based on earlier reports, the phone will pack a 6.88″ HD+ 120Hz screen, powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera inside the notch and a 5,160mAh battery with 18W fast charging.

The Redmi 14C 5G will be sold on Flipkart, in addition to mi.com and offline stores after the launch. Xiaomi is also gearing up to launch the Xiaomi Pad 7 tablet in the country on January 10th.
