Xiaomi already revealed that the REDMI Turbo 4 with MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra SoC will be introduced on January 2nd in China. Today, the company has confirmed the battery details of the phone.
The REDMI Turbo 4 will pack the largest 6550mAh Xiaomi battery, which supports 1600 four-year long-lasting cycles (tested under a standard environment of 25°C, with full charge and discharge once a day, which is equivalent to 80% of the remaining capacity after four years of use). It is also equipped with a dual-boost cold-resistant chip, which can be used at ultra-low temperatures of -35°C. Officials say it challenges the “king of winter battery life.”
The REDMI Turbo 4 phone will be available for sale when it is released on January 2, and the first sale will come with a free five-year battery warranty.
The company has also confirmed IP66/IP68/IP69 triple waterproof ratings.
The first sale will also be given a free waterproof guarantee, said the company. In addition to Cloud White, it will also come in Black and Blue colours.
It features all-metal camera Deco, and is equipped with a new whirlwind double-ring light strip around the camera. It is said that the light strip supports customized lighting effects for charging, notifications, music and other more.
