iPhone SE 4 rumors from last year revealed that the SE model will launch in Spring 2025, which is sometime in March 2025.
Earlier today, leaker Mark Gurman of Bloomberg has posted that the iPhone SE 4 and the iPad 11 will be released running iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3, by April, before the iOS 18.4 is released.
The iPhone SE 4 is said to feature a 6.1-inch OLED 460ppi Super Retina XDR display, similar to the iPhone 14, feature the latest A18 chip from the iPhone 16 series, include support for Apple Intelligence, but use Apple’s own modem for the first time.
It is said to get a 48MP rear camera and a 12MP front camera from the iPhone 15, but drop the ultra-wide camera. Since it is expected to use a 3nm chip, it should be more power efficient. Also, it is not clear if this will get the 25W Magsafe charging from the iPhone 16 series.
The iPad 11 is said to retain a 10.9-inch display and iPad Air-like design, get new colors, get A18 chip with support for Apple Intelligence and get custom 5G modem.
Expected pricing?
The iPhone SE 4 could be priced starting at $500, and will likely drop the 64GB model and start from 128GB. The iPad 11 could start at $349 for the 64GB model, same as the iPad 10.
