Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim with Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy surfaces in benchmarks

Samsung is all set to introduce the Galaxy S25 series smartphones at an event on January 22nd. Now, the Galaxy S25 Slim with the model number SM-S937U has surfaced in benchmarks, revealing Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy SoC for the phone clocked at up to 4.47GHz compared to 4.32GHz.

It also reveals 12GB of RAM and Android 15 for the phone, and should run One UI 7 out of the box. The scores are less Galaxy S25 Ultra benchmarks, which revealed 10,000+ multi-core score compared to close to 7000 points for the S25 Slim, so this should be a prototype.

Based on earlier rumours, the phone is said to be just 6.6mm or 6.5mm thin, making it the slimmest flagship phone compared to 7.2mm thickness for the S25 model.

Based on earlier rumours, the phone is said to pack a 6.7-inch QHD+ screen, 200MP main + 50MP ultra-wide + 50MP 3.5x telephoto cameras, and about 4700mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy 25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra should be introduced later this month, while Galaxy S25 Slim is said to be unveiled separately in the second quarter sometime in April or May.
