Xiaomi has introduced the REDMI Watch 5 for the global markets, after it was introduced in China back in November last year. It features a 2.07-inch AMOLED display with 60Hz refresh rate and up to 1500 nits brightness, and feature ultra-thin 2mm bezels offering screen-to-body ratio of 82%.
It promises 24-day battery life, has premium aluminum alloy frame, updated crown, has built-in linear motor, and comes with Bluetooth phone call support and dual-mic noise reduction.
The smartwatch has a new in-house designed heart rate algorithm that improves heart rate monitoring accuracy to give users all-day tracking for heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep quality, said the company.
There are more than 150 sports modes and it fetures built-in 5-system GNSS designed for precise outdoor activity tracking, and there is also 5ATM water resistance.
