Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim has surfaced in the first set of renders, after several rumours, thanks to @OnLeaks. This shows a similar flat design and triple rear cameras as the S25+, but this is said to be just 6.4mm thin compared to 7.2mm thickness for the Galaxy S25.
With the camera module included, it will be just 8.3mm thick, says the report. The phone is said to measure 159 x 76 x 6.4mm, making it slightly taller and wider than the S25+ which will measure 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3mm, and is said to get a 6.7 or 6.8-inch screen.
Benchmark listing revealed Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC for the phone and 12GB of RAM, similar to other phones in the S25 series.
Launch date
Even though we have press renders for the S25, S25+ and the S25 Ultra, we still only have CAD-based renders for the S25 Slim, so the phone is not expected to be introduced at the launch event next week.
Based on rumours, the Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to be unveiled in the second quarter, sometime in April or May.
