LG Electronics (LG) has announced the release of its new LG PuriCare AeroBooster air care solution, designed to enhance indoor air quality and promote a healthier living environment. The AeroBooster combines powerful performance with advanced air purification technology in a sleek and compact design, offering a convenient solution for consumers seeking to improve their indoor air.
Advanced Filtration for Comprehensive Purification
The AeroBooster utilizes the Aero Series V Filter to effectively capture pollutants from all directions, reducing the presence of dust, odors, viruses, and bacteria. Its Dual Airflow and Clean Booster features enhance air circulation and help eliminate large dust particles. The device emits purified air simultaneously from top and bottom vents, capable of reaching distances up to five and a half meters, ensuring comprehensive air purification throughout a room.
Enhanced Hygiene with UVnano and Ionizer Technology
Further enhancing its hygiene capabilities, the AeroBooster incorporates LG’s proprietary UVnano technology. UVnano is designed to remove 99.99 percent of harmful bacteria from the fan surfaces, contributing to the sustained quality of airflow. An integrated Ionizer provides an additional layer of protection by neutralizing airborne substances.
Sleek Design and User-Friendly Features
The AeroBooster’s compact design and small footprint allow for flexible placement within a variety of spaces without compromising aesthetics. Its ultraslim form factor, understated matte finish, and unique air outlet contribute to its modern and unobtrusive aesthetic. Customizable mood lighting and an intuitive LED display further enhance the user experience.

Energy efficiency is a key feature of the AeroBooster. The AI+ Mode offers significant energy savings, reducing consumption by over 49 percent compared to the default Smart+ Mode, without compromising performance. In Sleep Mode, the device operates at a quiet 21 dBA, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding environment. LG ThinQ compatibility allows for remote monitoring and control of the air purifier.
Availability and Pricing
The LG PuriCare AeroBooster is launching this month in several Asian markets, including Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, and Singapore. Availability in other regions is expected to follow shortly.
It is already available for pre-order in Vietnam, priced at 19,290,000 VND (USD 763 / Rs. 66,000 approx.).
