Infinix just launched the Smart 9 HD, the company’s latest budget 4G smartphone in India, as the successor to the Smart 8 HD which was launched back in 2023. It packs a 6.67″ punch-hole HD+ display with 90Hz display and Dynamic bar feature for notifications.
The phone has DTS, and Stereo Speakers. It is the one of the first phone in India to be powered by MediaTek Helio G50 SoC, comes with 3GB RAM with additional 3GB of virtual RAM with memory fusion. The phone runs Android 14 Go Edition, and Inifnix says that it will offer over 3 years of lag-free performance.
The phone has been drop tested for 2.5 lakh times, says the company. The phone packs a 13MP rear camera along with an AI, features IP54 ratings for dust and water resistance, and packs a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging, but comes with a 10W charger in the box.

The Infinix Smart 9 HD comes in Coral Gold, Metallic Black, Mint Green, and Neo Titanium colours and is priced at Rs. 6,699, but it will be available for Rs. 6,199 including Rs. 500 bank offer. The phone will go on sale from Flipkart starting from February 4th at 12 noon.
