Samsung Galaxy A56, A36 and A26 press renders surface

After CAD-based renders that surfaced last year, press renders of the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36 and the Galaxy A26 smartphones in the upcoming Samsung A series have surfaced, thanks to tipster @MysteryLupin.

One thing that is common in all the phones is the camera deco and the camera ring that resembles the one in the Galaxy S25 series. The side and bottom bezels still bigger compared to the competition.

Similar to the A16 5G, these are also expected to come with 6 OS updates, and it should run One UI 7.0 out of the box. The A56 and A36 should come with IP67 ratings.

@evleaks recently posted the GIF of all the colors of the Galaxy A56 that revealed the aluminum frame with a brushed finish, and the camera bump is clearly visible.

Earlier rumours revealed a 50-megapixel main camera, 12-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 5-megapixel macro camera, similar to the A55 and A54. However, it is said to get a new 12-megapixel sensor for the front camera. Even though this is said to retain the 5000mAh battery, the phone is finally expected to get 45W fast charging support.

Benchmark listing already revealed Exynos 1580 (s5e885) chip with Xclipse 540 GPU from AMD. It also revealed 8GB of RAM and Android 15.

Samsung Galaxy A36

The Samsung Galaxy A36 is said to use Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, a switch from MediaTek and Exynos chips in the older models.

The phone is said to measure 162.6 x 77.9x 7.4mm, making it shorter, but wider and thinner than the Galaxy A35 5G, which measures 161.7x78x8.2mm.

It is said to retain the 6.6″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, retain the 50MP main + 8MP ultrawide and a 5MP macro rear camera set up, but switch to a new 12MP front camera. The phone is expected to retain the 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging.

Samsung Galaxy A26

The Galaxy A26 will retain the notch display, and huge bottom bezels, similar to the predecessor. Geekbench listing revealed Exynos 1280 SoC, same as the predecessor. It is not clear if there will be a MediaTek version for the Indian market, like the Galaxy A16.

It is said to measure 164 x 77.5 x 7.7~9.7mm (including the camera bump), making it taller, but narrower and thinner than the Galaxy A25 that measures 161 x 76.5 x 8.3mm.

These phones are expected to go official next month.
