iPhone 17 Air with a large camera bar surfaced last month, and the 17 Pro model was expected to get a similar design. According to latest renders from the popular leaker Jon Prosser of Front Page Tech, the iPhone 17 Pro will feature a camera bar as mentioned in the rumours, but the camera layout will remain the same.
The back of the phone will have a larger camera bar with the LED flash, microphone, and LiDAR Scanner on the right side. The phone will feel lighter, and it is not clear if it will be made of titanium or aluminum, says Prosser.
The phone is said to feature a two-tone finish, since the camera bar will be darker compared to the rear panel, says the leaker.
According to Majin Bu who posted the older image, the camera module of the iPhone 17 will be wider than the iPhone 17 Air with a single camera and has a rounded rectangular shape. The main camera and the ultra-wide camera of the base version have been swapped, and the smaller ultra-wide camera might be hidden under the Dynamic Island components, he added.
The iPhone 17 series should be introduced in September 2025, and we should know more details in the coming months.
