MSI has expanded its laptop lineup in India with the launch of the RTX 50 Series at the MSIology: Dragonforged Dominance Launch Event. Inspired by Norse mythology, this new series emphasizes “innovative technology, luxurious aesthetics, and extreme performance,” as stated by MSI.
Titan Series
The Titan 18 HX Dragon Edition Norse Myth combines artistic design and advanced engineering. It features a hand-painted dragon design and is powered by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 series graphics, an Intel Core Ultra 200HX processor with a built-in NPU, and a 400W power adapter.
The laptop supports four SSD slots with SuperRAID 5, achieving SSD read speeds of up to 18,000 MB/s. Its vapor chamber cooling system allows up to 270W of combined CPU/GPU performance for sustained high power.
Raider Series
The Raider series is designed for gaming enthusiasts, featuring AMD Ryzen 9000HX/9000HX3D or Intel Core Ultra 200HX processors with RTX 50 graphics.
It supports high-speed DDR5 6400 CSODIMM, enhancing gaming performance. The laptop is equipped with dual-fan, seven-heat-pipe cooling and a 4K/120Hz Mini LED display, delivering smooth and immersive visuals, in line with the “Dragonforged Dominance” theme.
Stealth Series
For those seeking a balance between portability and performance, the Stealth series offers a lightweight magnesium-aluminum chassis, RTX 50 series graphics, and options for AMD Ryzen AI 300 or Intel Core Ultra 200H processors.
The inclusion of Cooler Boost 5 technology, a full-size RGB keyboard, versatile I/O ports, and high-fidelity speakers make it a strong choice for both professional and gaming use.
Vector Series
Designed for STEM professionals and creative users, the Vector series efficiently handles high-load tasks. It features a dedicated SSD cooling module for sustained high-speed performance, along with RTX 50 GPUs, Intel Core Ultra 200HX or AMD Ryzen 9000 series processors, and Thunderbolt 5 connectivity. The advanced cooling system ensures low noise and high efficiency during heavy workloads.
Venture & VenturePro Series
Expanding into the business and productivity segment, the Venture and VenturePro series are built for professionals. These laptops feature Intel Core Ultra 200H or AMD Ryzen AI 300 processors, NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPUs, OLED touchscreen displays, upgradable memory and storage, and a 90Wh battery with Battery Boost technology.
The integrated AI Engine optimizes power, display, and sound settings for improved workflow efficiency. The enhanced cooling system ensures quiet operation with sustained high performance.
AI Features and Future Innovations
MSI is introducing a new AI Robot powered by a locally deployed language model, enabling intuitive, natural language control of laptop functions. Strengthening its partnership with NVIDIA, MSI continues to support full ray tracing and AI-powered DLSS 4, enhancing both visual fidelity and gaming performance.
Pricing and Availability
The MSI RTX 50 gaming laptops will be available in India from March 2025, starting at Rs. 2,99,990.
