Xiaomi just introduced the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, the company’s latest flagship smartphone at its MWC 2025 event, as it had promised, after it was introduced in China last week.
The phone features a 6.73-inch 2K TCL C9 OLED LTPO screen with peak brightness of 3200 nits, 1-120Hz variable refresh rate, has support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. It also offers, 1920Hz PWM dimming.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and has Xiaomi 3D Dual-Channel IceLoop cooling with 5100mm² ultra-large cooling area.
There is a 50MP Leica main camera with new generation 1-inch ultra-large main camera, 14EV native dynamic range, OIS, 50MP 115° Leica Ultra Wide Angle camera with JN5 image sensor, 5cm super macro, 50MP Leica Telephoto camera with IMX858 image sensor, 3X floating telephoto, telephoto macro and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 200MP 1/1.4-inch HP9 image sensor, 4.3x optical zoom.
The phone adds 4K 120fps recording from 100mm telephoto, 10-bit Log recording on all four cameras, and it is the first Android ACES product partner that further enhances professional videography, ensuring industry-grade color accuracy and cinematic-quality footage.
The phone has an unibody metal frame, Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass 2.0. The Chrome Silver colour has a new aerospace-grade fiberglass and polyurethane leather for a premium, classic look.
The global version has a 5410mAh battery compared to 6000mAh battery in the Chinese version. However, it retains 90W wired charging, 80W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit Edition features an innovative removable shutter button, thumb rest, features a signature red decorative ring, a custom-designed UI under camera’s Fastshot mode, detachable thumb support and shutter buttons, a multifunctional 67mm filter adapter ring, and an integrated 2000mAh battery for extended usability.

Pricing and availability
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra comes in White, Black and Chrome Silver colours and starts at 1,499.99 Euros (USD 1556 / Rs. 1,36,130 approx.) for the 16GB + 512GB version. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit costs 199.99 Euros (USD 207 / Rs. 18,150 approx.).
The phone is already rolling out in several countries in Europe, and the company has confirmed the phone will launch in India on March 11th.
