Xiaomi announced the HyperOS 2 last year, and revealed the global rollout schedule for its devices at that time. Today, at the Xiaomi 15 series smartphone launch event, the company detailed the schedule for the devices for 2025 and also details Xiaomi HyperAI features.
HyperOS 2 emphasizes three core technological advancements: HyperCore, HyperConnect, and HyperAI, aiming to improve user experience through enhanced functionality, system performance, and cross-platform integration.
Xiaomi HyperAI features
A key feature of HyperOS 2 is the integration of HyperAI, a suite of AI-powered tools designed to boost productivity and creative output. This includes features such as AI Writing and AI Speech Recognition, intended to streamline tasks.
The AI Creativity Assistant provides advanced photographic and videography tools, including AI Image Enhancement, AI Image Expansion, AI Eraser Pro, AI Reflection Removal, AI Magic Sky, and AI Film. These tools aim to simplify complex editing processes and enable users to produce professional-quality visual content.
Furthermore, a collaboration with Google integrates Google Gemini directly into Xiaomi applications. Users can now access and interact with Xiaomi Notes, Xiaomi Calendar, and Xiaomi Clock through Gemini, facilitating cross-application workflows.
