Lenovo has announced IdeaTab S2 10, their first tablet that runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It has 10-inch (1,280 x 800 pixels) LED-backlit , Lenovo Mondrian UI and is powered by 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 8960 dual core CPU. It is just 8.69mm thick and weighs 580 grams. It also comes with optional detachable keyboard dock.
It comes with 17-pin docking connector, 16GB/32GB/64GB Internal Storage, MicroSD memory card slot, micro-HDMI port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 3G version would come with a SIM card slot.It is said to offer 9 hours of battery life and 20 hours of battery life with the keyboard dock that comes with 2 USB ports, an SD card reader.
The IdeaTab S2 is currently available in China as the LePad S2010, and it will be available worldwide soon. Price is not available yet.
