Samsung India has launched its latest lineup of AI-powered PCs—the Galaxy Book5 Pro, Galaxy Book5 Pro 360, and Galaxy Book5 360—following pre-reservations earlier this month. These devices integrate Galaxy AI technology with Microsoft’s Copilot+ PC experience to enhance productivity, creativity, and workflows, the company noted.
The Galaxy Book5 series includes Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays on Pro models, providing 3K resolution, a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and Vision Booster technology for sharp visuals in all lighting conditions.
For the first time, Samsung has introduced advanced AI-powered capabilities to its laptops, driven by a neural processing unit (NPU). Features such as AI Select allow users to retrieve information instantly with a single click, while Photo Remaster uses AI to improve image clarity and sharpness.
Powered by Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 2), the series delivers a 17% boost in GPU performance and a 16% improvement in CPU single-core efficiency. Samsung highlighted that the Lunar Lake architecture’s redesigned CPU-GPU structure, upgraded NPU, and next-generation Battlemage GPU offer triple the AI compute power and consume 40% less SoC power compared to previous models.
This ensures smarter workflows, seamless multitasking, and extended battery life. The Galaxy Book5 Pro can run up to 25 hours on a single charge and reach 41% capacity in just 30 minutes.
Integrated with Windows 11, the series features on-device Microsoft Copilot+ for AI assistance with tasks such as writing, scheduling, presentations, and research. A dedicated key enables quick access to these tools.
Users can also enjoy immersive sound with Quad Speakers supported by Dolby Atmos and seamless connectivity with Galaxy smartphones and tablets through Multi-Device Connectivity features like Phone Link, Quick Share, Multi-Control, and Second Screen. Samsung Knox provides robust security and privacy protection.
