HUAWEI has introduced Pura X, the company’s latest flip phone with a unique 6.3″ 16:10 aspect ratio foldable OLED screen. This also has a 3.5″ outer OLED screen with 1:1 aspect ratio. Both the displays feature 1-120 Hz LTPO 2.0 adaptive refresh rate, and 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
The phone is equipped with a 50-megapixel F1.6 aperture RYYB main camera, 40-megapixel F2.2 aperture RYYB ultra-wide angle and an 8-megapixel 3.5x telephoto camera. There is also a 1.5-megapixel multi-spectral channel red maple primary color camera.
The Pura X adopts a composite super-tough laminated structure, a titanium alloy support layer, UTG glass, and a basalt water drop hinge structure, and has 2 meters IPX8 waterproof body. It supports the second-generation Lingxi communication (5A speed) and Tiantong satellite communication, and has an ultra-cold three-dimensional heat dissipation system.
It runs HarmonyOS 5, and the company promises 40% improvement in overall performance and a more secure Star Shield security architecture. There are functions such as hovering photography, dual-screen photography, and mirror selfies, and it also has a number of AI imaging functions.
The Pura X has two silicon-carbon negative electrode batteries totalling 4720mAh, supports 66W wired fast charging and 40W wireless fast charging.

The HUAWEI Pura X comes in Moon Shadow Gray, Zero White, and Magic Night Black colours and there are limited Collector’s Edition version in Stylish Red and Stylish Green with a leather back.
