Airtel IPTV services bundling Wi-Fi, OTT and TV channels launched starting at Rs. 699

Bharti Airtel has launched its IPTV services in 2000 cities across India, offering what it calls the “best large-screen viewing experience.” The service is available to both new and existing customers with Wi-Fi plans.

How to Access IPTV

• New Customers: Airtel announced that new users can subscribe to IPTV by purchasing a new Wi-Fi plan. They can visit the Airtel website or any nearby store.
• Existing Airtel Wi-Fi Customers: Current users can upgrade their existing plans to IPTV through the Airtel Thanks app or by visiting an Airtel store.

Features and Pricing

Airtel’s IPTV service provides access to a vast library of on-demand content from 29 popular streaming platforms, including Netflix, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, SonyLIV, and ZEE5, along with Wi-Fi service. Subscribers can also watch over 600 TV channels.

Plans start at Rs. 699 per month. Airtel added that customers can enjoy up to 30 days of free service as part of an introductory offer, claimable via the Airtel Thanks app.

Availability

The service is now available across India, excluding Delhi, Rajasthan, Assam, and the Northeastern states, where it is expected to launch within a few weeks. Airtel noted that further updates will follow as the rollout progresses.
