Samsung showcased the Galaxy S25 Edge at its Galaxy Unpacked event earlier this year. The phone was expected to launch this month on April 15th, now the launch of the phone has been pushed to May 13th, according to Sammobile.
The reasons for the delay are not known yet, but the report adds that it might be due to leadership changes and not due to the quality issues of the phone.
The phone is said to pack a 6.7-inch (2400 x 1080 pixels) FHD+ Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip with 12GB of RAM, 256GB / 512GB options, dual rear cameras that include a 200MP main camera with ISOCELL HP2 sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide camera.
There are reports that it will measure 158.2 x 75.5 x 5.84mm, excluding the camera module. The phone is said to pack a 3900mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, similar to the S25.
The phone is rumoured to start at 1,249 euros (USD 1385 / Rs. 1,17,680 approx.), which lies between the Galaxy S25+ and the S25 Ultra.
