Design and Build
Starting with the design, the headset comes in a round charging case that is not as compact as the standard earbuds. It has a transparent cover featuring a curved design with a high-level G2 curvature, to create a visually fluid and elegant appearance. We have the Frost Gray, and it also comes in Gentian Violet, Olive Green, and Sakura Pink colours.
You can see the display on the case that shows the battery percentage or level of the earbuds and the case. The system with four grids flash to indicate charge levels (e.g., first grid flashes below 25%, second flashes at 25-50%, etc.). It indicates when the case is fully charged, potentially by showing “OK” when all grids are lit.
Even with a transparent design, I couldn’t see any scratches on the case, even on the bottom, but it is glossy and reflective. The USB Type-C port is present on the bottom, which might look weird, but when you are charging, the case remains raised, letting you easily open the case. The case measures 82.9×63.9×27mm and weighs 75.2 grams.
Coming to the earbuds, the headset has a matte finish with ear hooks that uses flexible 0.7mm aviation-grade titanium wire, wrapped in soft/supramolecular liquid silicone for comfort. The ear hooks have undergone bending tests for durability, said the company. The earbuds have a light-weight design, weighing 7.8 grams and measures 47.5×32.5x13mm.
The headset features Night Safety Mode with 40 LED breathing lights per earbud for visibility. Lights on the earbuds and the case are customizable via app.
You can see the speakers, and microphone on the side. These are designed for a secure and comfortable fit, suitable for long wear and activities like running, without causing pain or slipping. The thin ear hooks aim to be compatible with glasses. The headset has IP54 rating, making them resistant to dust, sweat, and light rain (not suitable for swimming).
Connectivity, Pairing, and Controls
The ACEFAST Acefit Pro supports Bluetooth 5.4 with SBC and AAC codecs. The pairing process is very easy. Since the headset doesn’t have a pairing button, you just need to take out the earbuds from the case, wait for 3 seconds to enter the pairing mode, go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and select the ACEFAST ACEFIT PRO and pair it. After the pairing process is successful, you will hear a tone and your phone will show that it is connected.
There is also dual-device connection that lets you connect to two devices at the same time, and the switch happens seamlessly when I tried between two phones.

The touch controls on the headset are easy to access. You can customize the controls from the settings in the Acefast app on Android and iPhone. You can change actions for single click, double click, triple click and long press. The headset doesn’t have Smart wear detection, so it can’t play or pause the music.
The app also lets you control the light, and the case lights can be customized to short and light breathing and the colours can also be changed.
Audio Quality and Call Performance
The ACEFAST Acefit Pro packs a large 20x8mm, 3-magnet ultra-linear dynamic coil speakers covering an ultra-wide frequency range of 50Hz – 20kHz. It has BassPulseAudio or AELC (Adaptive Enhanced Low Compensation) for enhanced, punchy bass.
Mids are generally clear, though treble might lack some sharpness. The open-ear design allows situational awareness but means minimal sound isolation. Optimized sound hole layout aims to direct sound into the ear and reduce leakage.
You can select different EQ modes – Original Sound, Human Voice, Live and Bass. In addition to custom, there is Custom EQ option.
It uses dual-microphone ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) to reduce background noise for clearer calls. This does a good job in cutting down wind noise, but the traffic noise was faintly audible during my use.
Battery Life
The earphones pack 60mAh battery that promises about 6h of standalone battery life. During my use with AAC, I got over 6h in about 60% volume, so it is decent. Talk time is about 5 hours. It also has fast charging support, which offers up to 2 hours of music playback on a 10-minute charge.
With the 500mAh charging case, it promises up to 25 of total battery life, or about 3 charges. It takes 1 hour to charge the earbuds fully, and charging the case takes 2 hours.
You can also see the charge left in the case in the app when the earbuds are placed in the case. The charging case doesn’t have wireless charging.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the Acefast Acefit Pro headphones offer a compelling package, particularly for users prioritizing situational awareness and comfort during activities like running or cycling. Their open-ear design, combined with a very lightweight build and secure titanium ear hooks, makes them comfortable for extended wear.
Key features like the unique Night Safety LED lights, decent battery life with quick charging, and app-based customization (including EQ and lighting controls) add significant value. However, the open-ear nature means they offer little sound isolation, which is known in open-ear type of earbuds.
Overall, the Acefit Pro stands out with its blend of safety features, comfort, and modern tech like the display case, making them a strong contender in the open-ear headphone market, especially for active users who value awareness and a secure fit.
The earphones have not been launched in India officially, but you can get it shipped to India when you order from Acefast website for Rs. 11,000, and it is also available from Amazon.com for USD 100 (Rs. 8,5150 approx.) including USD 20 Coupon 2UAFWU52.
