Circuit House Technologies has launched Lumio Vision 7 and Vision 9 smart TVs in India, after teasers. The TVs aim to address common user frustrations with television performance, such as slow interfaces and laggy app launches.
Lumio claims these TVs offer significant performance improvements over typical market offerings, including faster boot times, quicker app loading (specifically mentioning Netflix), increased Wi-Fi throughput, and faster app installations.
Display
Lumio highlights the display quality of both models, engineered for brightness, color volume, and accuracy.
- Lumio Vision 9 (55-inch): Features a 4K QD-MiniLED display with 1920 MiniLEDs and a Quantum Dot Enhancement Layer. It offers up to 900 nits peak HDR brightness (600 nits typical SDR) and boasts high color gamut coverage (81% Rec.2020, 111% DCI-P3) with a color Delta-E of 1.71. It supports Dolby Vision.
- Lumio Vision 7 (43″, 50″, 55″): Utilizes 4K QLED technology with a Quantum Dot Enhancement Layer and Blue LED Backlight. Brightness reaches up to 400 nits, with color performance varying slightly by size but achieving up to 83% Rec.2020 and 114% DCI-P3 coverage, and Delta-E values between 1.08 and 1.47. Dolby Vision is supported.
Audio, Software and connectivity
Both Vision models feature “Damn Good Sound” (DGS) audio tuning by acoustic experts. Key audio features include:
- Up to 30W speaker output (Vision 9: 24W; Vision 7: 24W for 43″, 30W for 50″/55″)
- Quad driver speakers (Vision 9 adds a bass port)
- Dolby Atmos support (Vision 9; Vision 7: 50″/55″ models)
- eARC support and Bluetooth output
The TVs run on Google TV (Android 11), providing access to over 400,000 movies/shows and 10,000+ apps. Features include Google Cast, a Virtual Remote, the ability to use Google Photos Albums as screensavers, and upcoming Google Gemini integration for AI summaries and custom wallpapers. Lumio introduces its “TLDR” app, initially focusing on:
- Sports: A unified dashboard for live cricket and football matches, schedules, results, highlights, and analysis. More sports coverage is planned.
- Music: Simplified access to trending playlists, new releases, and user’s YouTube Playlists, aiming to improve music discovery on the TV.
The included “Minion” remote features a dedicated TLDR shortcut key. Connectivity includes 3 HDMI 2.1 ports (supporting 48Gbps bandwidth, with one port offering e-ARC), 3 USB ports, Optical Audio Out, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Build Quality and Support
Manufactured at Dixon, the TVs undergo over 60 quality tests designed for Indian conditions (dust, humidity, power fluctuations). Lumio offers a 2-year comprehensive warranty, backed by over 300 service centers covering 19,000+ pincodes across India.

The Lumio Vision will be available for pre-order from Amazon.in starting from April 23rd till 30th. For pre-orders Lumio will provide a 3-year warranty (2-year comprehensive warranty + 1-year extended warranty) for both Lumio Vision 7 and Lumio Vision 9.
