vivo X200 Ultra: External lens co-engineered with Zeiss teased


After teasers and rumours, vivo product manager Han Boxiao has confirmed external lens that works with the vivo X200 Ultra smartphone.

The external lens is co-developed by Zeiss that mounts with a phone case uses the 200MP ultra-large sensor. When installed, it is a 200MP 200mm F2.3 (traditional 8.7X). It uses 13 high-transmittance glass lenses in 3 groups of Kepler structure, which further expands the telephoto of X200 Ultra by 2.35X, bringing a 200mm pure optical effect.

At the same time, the secondary RMSC point 800mm (35X) is highly usable, and 1600mm (70X) is equivalent to the original 30X effect.

vivo X200 Ultra photography kit was unveiled yesterday. It attaches to the phone via Type-C, and the case provides a bracket design, and there is a new video button.

He also shared camera samples with 200mm, 400mm and 800mm focal length. We should know more details in the coming days, before the phone goes official later this month.
