CMF Phone 2 Pro will be powered by Dimensity 7300 Pro

Nothing already confirmed the launch of CMF Phone 2 Pro as the second CMF smartphone on April 28th. Today, the company has confirmed that the phone will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro processor.

The CMF Phone 1 used the Dimensity 7300 processor, and the Phone 2 Pro was expected to be powered by Dimensity 7400 chip, but the company has gone to the Pro version of the 7300 chip.

This promises 10% faster CPU and 5% faster CPU compared to the Dimensity 7300 processor in the CMF Phone 1. It also said that the chip will use 6th generation NPU that will offer 4.8 TOPS AI performance, 120 fps gaming in BGMI, 53% improvements in network and 1000Hz touch sampling rate.

The phone teased the display of the phone earlier this week that shows the bezel size of the phone, but the bottom bezel size has not been revaled yet.

Nothing co-founder and India President Akis Evangelidis recently confirmed that the CMF Phone 2 Pro will come with a charger in the box.

Another teaser revealed a textured, tactile finish for the phone. The image showed a close-up of a sleek, metallic corner with a screw, hinting at the customizable design CMF is known for, as seen in the CMF Phone 1.

Based on earlier rumors, the phone will retain the customizable back cover and screw to attach lanyard and other accessories. Earlier reports revealed that the size of the screen will be around 6.3-inch, compared to 6.67-inch in the Phone (1).
