motorola edge 60 with 6.7″1.5K OLED display, 50MP front camera, 5200mAh battery surfaces


motorola is all set to introduce the edge 60 and razr 60 series smartphones in a global event on April 24th. After the edge 60 Pro details, now the press renders and the specifications of the edge 60, successor to last year’s edge 50 has surfaced, thanks to @evleaks.

This reveals that the phone will get a 6.7-inch 1.5K 120Hz curved pOLED display, and will replace the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition in the edge 50 with MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, even though earlier rumours revealed that it will get a Dimensity 7400 processor.

This also reveals 50MP rear camera with Sony LYTIA 700C, OIS, along with a ultra-wide camera and a 3x telephoto camera. The phone will feature a 50MP front camera. It also reveals 12GB of RAM along with 12GB of virtual RAM and 512GB of storage.

The phone will pack a 5200mAh battery compared to 5000mAh in the predecessor while retaining 68W Turbo charging. It will come with MIL-810H standard, and is expected to feature IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

We should know the price when the phone goes official next week. India launch is expected soon as the company is also teasing a edge series phone.
