At the OnePlus Game Strategic Communication Conference in China, MediaTek introduced its Dimensity 9400e processor, which is an enhanced version of last year’s Dimensity 9300+.
The Dimensity 9400e adopts TSMC’s 4nm process and continues the series’ consistent high performance core CPU architecture, with 1 x 3.4GHz Cortex-X4 prime core, 3 x 2.85GHz Cortex-X4 performance cores, and 4 x 2.0GHz Cortex-A720 performance cores.
The 12-core GPU Immortalis-G720 supports graphics technologies such as hardware ray tracing. It supports technologies such as Star Speed Engine Adaptive Control 2.0 and Dimensity Frame Double Technology 2.0+.
The Dimensity 9400e supports the Dimensity AI development kit and enhanced inference decoding technology, and supports the end-to-end operation of the world’s mainstream large language models including DeepSeek-R1-Distll and LLaVA-1.5 7B.

Availability
The first smartphones featuring the Dimensity 9400e chipset will be available in the market starting this month. OnePlus will use it first. realme is also said to use the chip in its realme Neo7 Turbo phone, releasing this month.
OnePlus Ace5 series to debut Dimensity 9400e
OnePlus has confirmed that it will be the first to use the Dimensity 9400e in its OnePlus Ace5 Racing Edition, launching in China next week.
The company said that the OnePlus Ace5 Racing edition, with Fengchi gaming kernel written into it when it leaves the factory, brings a new upper limit to the industry’s gaming experience!

OnePlus Ace5 Racing Edition
OnePlus Ace5 Racing Edition will offer the best gaming performance that crushes all the products under 2,500 yuan (USD 346 / Rs. 29,610 approx.), said the company.
