Sony Xperia Tablet new images surface


New press images of the Sony Xperia Tablet has surfaced on XDA developers forum. This tablet passed through the FCC last month, and several slides of the tablet surfaced last week revealing the specs of the Sony’s upcoming tablet. This would have Magnesium-Aluminium Alloy body with sandblasted anodized finish.

There is a Xperia logo at the back and two different color shades at the top and the bottom.

According to previous rumor, this tablet would have a 9.4-inch (1280 x 800) display, Tegra 3 quad-core CPU, 1MP front-facing camera and a 8MP rear camera and would run on Android 4.0 ICS OS or later. It would be 8.8mm-thick, 42% thinner than the Tablet S and have a 6000 mAh battery.

Sony is expected to unveil the Xperia tablet at IFA 2012, which is just weeks away.
